How should we prep the property?
We guarantee delivery on all photographs next day. Other services may require up to 48 hours for delivery.
All properties must be photo-ready when your photographer arrives. Due to time constraints, we recommend decluttering counters, turning on all lights, adjusting blinds and removing vehicles from driveways. View our Property Prep Guide here.
Do you charge travel fees?
What if the weather is bad?
Travel fees may be applied depending on property address and will be visible during your checkout process. Contact us if you have any questions.
If mother nature has other plans for the day that will prevent exterior or aerial photography, we will shoot the interiors as scheduled and return for exteriors at the next clear day. Or you may choose to reschedule the shoot as a whole.
